‘Fast And Furious’ Star Paul Walker dies in accident

Popular Hollywood star and Fast And Furious fame Paul Walker killed on Saturday in a car accident in Santa Clarita, California. Along with Walker, the driver Roger Rodas also died in the incident.

The-40-year old star was in a Porsche Carrera GT that crashed into a pole and caused a fire. Both the actor and his driver were pronounced dead at the scene.

Incidentally Walker was currently busy shooting for “Fast & Furious 7” and the accident happened during one of the test spins in Carrera GT.

His final film “Hours” to be released later this month.

Paul Walker’s management team released a statement on his Facebook page:

   It is with a truly heavy heart that we must confirm that Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident while attending a charity event for his organization Reach Out Worldwide. He was a passenger in a friend’s car, in which both lost their lives. We appreciate your patience as we too are stunned and saddened beyond belief by this news. Thank you for keeping his family and friends in your prayers during this very difficult time. We will do our best to keep you apprised on where to send condolences.
