Sonam Kapoor:
Being born in a star family, this Bollywood`s fashionista feels the need to have a separate home. She is getting shifted from her dad`s Juhu bungalow to a flat in BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex). It is being said that this plush flat is of around 7000 square feet and the interior designing of the same is going on presently. Sonam, who will be owning 3rd and 4th floor thus making it a duplex flat, is herself overseeing the work.
Ranbir Kapoor:
Famous for passing Bollywood legacy is the mark identity of Kapoors and Ranbir belongs to the same family. However, after the entry of his lady love Katrina in his life, he took the decision of leaving his ancestral bungalow ‘KrishnaRaj’ and is staying with Kat for now. However, he is unwilling to open about the same and says that he is staying in the new apartment temporarily because his original home is under renovation process.
Ranveer Singh:
This Bollywood`s super-energetic actor has bought a new house for a real valid reason. While shooting for Bajirao-Mastani, he had once suffered a serious arm injury. In this situation, it had become difficult for him to travel from Bandra to Goregaon studio daily. So he decided to buy a new flat near Film City itself to give his health a relief.
Priyanka Chopra:
PeeCee who was so far staying at her Versova home with her family has booked herself a new house in Juhu. She says that it was her mom`s wish that she stayed independently and that is why she has decided to separate her ways.
Alia Bhatt:
Bollywood`s ‘small package, big talent’ girl Alia is still in her formative years of setting strong foot in Bollywood, but has already found her way out of her parents` home and bought a new flat in Mumbai`s one of the upscale suburbs Juhu. It is speculated that Alia`s mom herself is designing the house for her daughter.
Shahid Kapoor:
Being a married man now, it certainly doesn`t come as a surprise when he shares the pictures of his luxurious, beautiful, sea-facing bungalow located in Juhu. A few days ago, he took to instagram to share a splendid sea view pic quoting, “Who wants to go out when this is the view at home!”
Shraddha Kapoor:
She too is a star kid, but is still keen on having her own ‘private space’. She says, “First criteria is close to home, second is that the place must have a nice view, and third is that it has to be a nice building in a good society.”
Well, we don`t have any objection to the decision of these stars as it seems quite easy and obvious to them. But, while it is too tough for us common people to think of buying even one BHK flat in today`s era and in a city like Mumbai, it leaves us puzzled when we think of these celebs wanting to have more lavish settings despite having already well-set homes to stay in. We can`t forget that afterall, they are stars and nevertheless, it is their life and their choice!
