Blow for Salman Khan: SC cancel’s HC’s suspension in Black buck poaching case

A big blow to Bollywood superstar Salman Khan as the Supreme Court quashed Rajasthan high court’s staying conviction order in the black buck poaching case. Earlier, a trail court ordered five-year jail term for the actor for hunting and killing endangered Black buck in Rajasthan while he was shooting for the film Hum Saath Saath Hain in 1998.

Salman’s co-actors in the film Sonali Bendre, Tabu, Neelam, Saif Ali Khan were also accused in the same case.

According to the reports, the SC asks Rajasthan High Court to consider this case afresh.

However, due to the cancellation of stay, the actor could find it difficult to travel abroad for shooting.

About Sprightly Spirit

“I dare do all that may become a man. Who dares more is none”. And all, may be. It may be the vigor. Or the spirit. Or the courage to avoid being “politically correct” or bent. And, ban all averse with immaculate overture of graciously fathomable words firm in views. Subtle. Justifying the undying conscience. Values. Knowledge. And, dares to stay true. True to own. True to the world. And, to the words. With a dream in eyes it exists. In you. In me. In all. The sprite that never shies away. The spirit that never dies!
