Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Rockstar Sizzles At 57th Idea Filmfare Awards

Ranbir Kapoor and Vidya Balan bags the best actor and actress award at the 57th Idea Filmfare Awards 2011, held at Reliance MediaWorks Studio in Film City. While Ranbir received the award for Rockstar, Vidya got it for her performance in The Dirty Picture. Ranbir also received the Critics’ Award for Best Actor.

Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara bags seven Filmfare awards. Rockstar picked up five followed by Delhi Belly and Dirty picture with four and three awards.

The Filmfare award ceremony starts with a musical tribute to legendary actor Dev Anand.

This year’s Lifetime Achievement award was given to veteran actress and film maker Aruna Irani.

The 57th Idea Filmfare Awards 2011 was hosted by Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor and will be telecast at 8.00 pm on February 19 on Sony TV.

LIFE-TIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD: Aruna Irani
