Ranbir Kapoor raises his fees to 15 crore

After delivering consecutive hits at the box office, actor Ranbir Kapoor has raised his remuneration. He is now charging Rs. 15 crore per film.

For both Abhinav Kashyap’s ‘Besharam’ and Vicky Singh’s ‘Roy’ he charged 15 crore.
TOI quoted a source who confirmed the amount.

“Roy is a two hero film. It has Arjun Rampal alongside Ranbir. But yes, Ranbir has charged his regular fee of Rs 15 crore for the film,” he said.

Ranbir signed Anurag Basu’s ‘Barfi’ and Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ at Rs. eight crore and after the massive success of the both films he raised it almost double. Ranbir also takes a certain percentage of profits from his films.
