Deepika Padukone Replaces Katrina Kaif To Act Opposite Rajinikanth In Kochadaiyaan

The director of upcoming movie ‘Kochadaiyaan’, Soundarya confirmed that it will be Deepika Padukone  who will romance with her father Rajinikanth in the movie, ending hope for Katrina Kaif.

Soundarya confirmed the news on twitter, “Guys. Deepika padukone confirmed to play appa s pair in Kochadaiyaan 🙂 great to have you back with us @deepikapadukone :):) big hug!”

It was speculated that Bollywood’s leading lady Katrina Kaif will sign the movie ‘Kochadaiyaan’ opposite Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth.

Deepika, already signed another movie ‘Rana’  with Rajinikanth.

Kochadaiyaan is scheduled for release in August 2012.
