Anushka Sharma in Steven Spielberg’s next?

Rumours have suggested that promising Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma made it to the short list of legendary Hollywood filmmaker Steven Spielberg’s upcoming film on Kashmir.

Spielberg who had visited India recently, met top Bollywood celebrities at a party thrown by Anil Ambani and wife Tina Ambani in Mumbai.

Oscar winning filmmaker Spielberg said that the script of his upcoming venture on Indo-Pak affairs has been finalized.

“We have finalised a script … but we’re still trying to figure out the casting, locations and who’s going to direct it,” Spielberg said.

24-years-old Anushka Sharma who has done seven films so far in Bollywood may get selected to act with noted Hollywood actors such as Denzel Washington, Bradley Cooper and Richard Gere.

She was part of the successful movies like Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, Band Baaja Baaraat and Jab tak Hain Jaan.

“Anushka bagging anything stupendous is not a surprise. She is one of the finest and nuanced talents of our fraternity,” said ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’ director Maneesh Sharma.
