- AISHWARYA RETURNS WITH VENGEANCE FILLED ‘JAZBAA’
Last week saw the poster release of Aishwarya’s much anticipated film ‘Jazbaa’ which is also to mark her ‘comeback’. The poster shows Aishwarya in a rugged, spunky and determined avatar, with fiery expressions, scrambling on the dusty ground against the backdrop of city skyline. Also, the film was officially launched at 68th Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday where former beauty queen has already flaunted best of her fashion statements. Jazbaa is a hindi remake of South Korean movie Seven Days and is directed by Sanjay Gupta. It will star other prominent actors too, including Anupam Kher, Shabana Azmi, Irrfan Khan, Jackie Shroff and Atul Kulkarni. The persevering story of a single mother and lawyer, Jazbaa is all set to release on October 9 this year.
- A TWITTER WAR BETWEEN RGV AND ANURAG
Bollywood is not new to wars that happen on the grounds of social networking sites. Same verbal battle took place last week between Ram Gopal Verma and Anurag Kashyap last week when the director expressed himself over the debacle of Bombay Velvet. Here it goes:

Anurag is at loggerheads with RGV since a long time now. When RGV`s Aag turned out into a failure, Anurag had commented that RGV has lost it all in Aag. But now as Bombay Velvet faced the same thing, RGV took the opportunity to pour out his criticism. What we suggest is, rather than discouraging your colleagues, it is better to support them during hard times to prevent any clashes!
- SHABANA AZMI RAISES HER VOICE AGAINST CANNES RULE
Reports said that according to Cannes gala rule women wearing high heels were only allowed to attend the festival and the ones wearing the flats were denied the entry. Many opposed this practice including veteran actress Shabana Azmi who had attended the festival in the past and also served as a jury member. She posted on twitter, “Shocking report that Cannes bans flats on red carpet! Director of ‘Amy’, Asif Kapadia says his wife was given rough time too. Unacceptable surely.”
- NAWAZZUDIN BLESSED WITH BABY ON HIS BIRTHDAY
It was double celebration time for skilful actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui as he got blessed with second child on his birthday itself. The baby boy was the best birthday gift he have had ever received about which he got to know while he was shooting for Bajrangi Bhaijaan in Kashmir.
- HRITIK ROSHAN BECOMES THE VICTIM OF INTERNET TROLLING
It seems that some news drive at a slow speed when they have to reach till Hritik Roshan. This Bollywood heartthrob jumped into a ditch all by himself by posting a 3 months old news and became a victim of serious internet trolling. The controversial color-confusing dress was talk of the town few months back, but the actor seems to get alarmed about it now and posted a photo of the dress saying, “white and gold? Or black and blue? Ask around.” By the time he realized his mistake, it was too late. Still, he tried to cover it up saying, “Guess I’m great at remembering faces and emotions, dresses not so much. (thankfully!)” Some funny comments he got were:
