Mrs Salunkhe was followed by prominent psychiatrist Dr Rajendra Bavre who began with an interesting activity. “In career, everyone seems to do the same thing as others because of the prevailing competition. Amidst this, many often forget their real choice. People simply compete, compete and compete, and forget about their real choices. What people need to do is own their decision. Find out your comfort zone and choices, and follow them,” said Dr Barve.

Famous Kathak dancer Mr Mayur Vaidya was the next who spoke in the symposium. “Your career needs to be your best friend. Whichever career you choose, you should love it. You should enjoy while climbing every step of success,” he told the students while adding that everyone needs to love themselves and their art.
