Droom manages to get ?100 crore from LightBox’s pocket

Droom, an online market place for pre-owned automobiles in India has raised Rs. 100 crore in a second round of funding led by LightBox.

Droom, which is founded by Sandeep Agarwal sells everything from Lamborghini to bicycle was launched in November last year.
Having high expectations to expand widely unlike any other startup, Droom plans to get to South East Asia, precisely, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and India by early 2016. Also, planning to grow its roots in countries like the U.S. And Europe is Droom.
Having raised Rs.120 crore till now, “I have tried to build a global company and have taken inspiration from lean models followed by global startups such as Uber.”
Other investors who took keen part in the round are Beenos and two angel investors.
Droom is currently being operated in 13 different automobile categories, also including varied types of auto services
